Quantis, an international consultancy and BCG company, has had a front-row seat for the food and beverage sector sustainability revolution. But as much as things have changed for the better, they could see that change wasn't progressing quickly enough. I was tasked with capturing their new, more holistic, approach to sustainable food production. This sophisticated editorial piece delivers actionable advice across a company's functional areas: strategy, finance, product, procurement and marketing. 
For this project, I participated in more than 30 SME interviews, developed the document architecture and wrote the copy for the primary report as well as the marketing campaign. It was a delight working with such a brilliant group of people with real insight into saving the planet. I really enjoyed digging into the data as well. It's a pleasure to have great information to work with and I think the result will make a big impact.
