Grad School at Boston University is a decentralized organization, meaning each department - sometimes each program! - has it's own administration, policies and admissions requirements. There's nothing wrong with that, academically, but it's awfully difficult to market a loose collection of anything. Our goal was to create a central landing spot for both prospective students seeking BU programs, and current graduate students who missed a sense of community identity and clear paths to central resources.
