Every day, BU feeds around 10,000 students, faculty and staff members. But this is not the pre-made mystery meat of dining hall myth. Fresh, local foods. Sustainable facilities. Celebrity chef menus and lobster night! Our strategy embraced fresh, flavorful and fun and ran with it.

Eating satisfies both a physical and emotional need. This food service operation the size of a small town is also legally required to serve up nutritional and allergen data at the point of purchase. We used the same system to power the live menus on the website and digital signage in dining locations.

User research showed that students wanted delicious food with a sense of community. This inspired  art direction and photography that focused on preparation of fresh ingredients and friends enjoying real BU food in real BU locations.
